Ahmir ’Questlove’ Thompson fit 101 afro picks in his afro at once, a new world record. He placed all the picks in the afro himself, receiving no outside assistance. Thompson achieved the feat on June 25, 2009 in New York City while taping a URDB segment for Late Night With Jimmy Fallon. Taylor Jones named 35 Black Eyed Peas songs in 20 seconds, a new world record. Songs named included ‘Don’t Bring Me Down’, ‘Let’s Get It Started’, and ‘Pump It Up’. Jones set the record on June 27, 2009 in Miami, Florida. Ricky Jones was present as a witness.

Using a combination of muting, pedals, custom sounds and presets, Alex Alexander[] played 1,440 notes on his custom-built electric djembe.

Sean Welsh completed 131 finger-ups while wearing a 30 gram finger weight in 30 seconds, a new world record. Welsh wore the 30 gram weight between the first and middle knuckle on his right index finger. The record was set on June 18, 2009 in Newburyport, Massachusetts. Ian Kalman has two URDB patches on his shirt, a new world record. He’s maintained he’ll spend the rest of his life earning patches by setting more world records. The shirt was documented on June 17, 2009 at Kalman’s home in San Francisco, California.

Kennedy told 16 "Yo Mama" jokes in a geeky voice in one minute, a new world record. The record was set on June, 11 2009 during a taping of the Karson and Kennedy Morning Show on Mix 98.5 in Boston, Massachusetts. Co-host Karson was present as a witness.

Michael Bennett has a world record four patches of natural gray hair. Bennett’s hair was documented on May, 28 2009 in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. Erica Hess was present as a witness.

Dakota Smith piggybacked four people at once, a new world record. His performance beat the previous record by one person. At one point Smith had five people on his back, but they didn’t stay up for at least ten seconds, a time length set by the original record creator. Smith set the record on May 5, 2009 in Lake City, Floridia. Dustin Busscher was present as a witness.

Jacob Fowler blew a bubble using 12 pieces of Bazooka bubble gum, a new world record. He achieved the feat live on-air during the KLPX Wake-Up Call on May 20, 2008. The record was set in Tuscon, Arizona, with Scott Barnett present as a witness.

Jason Eppink and Matt Green threw a pineapple back and forth 67 times in one minute while singing Camptown Races, a new world record. They stood exactly ten feet apart while achieving the feat. The Denny’s restaurant chain gave away 1.7 million free breakfasts in eight hours, a new world record. They served their Grand Slam breakfast (two eggs, two pancakes, two sausages, two strips of bacon) at no charge between the hours of 6 a.m and 2 p.m. The record was set on February 3, 2009. 1523 restaurants and over 36,000 employees across the United States were involved in making it happen.
