Dancing World Records

The JCC Manhattan Adaptations Groups set the record at a RecordSetter LIVE! event held at The JCC in Manhattan in New York City. Lindsey Hajduk coordinated with the Alaska Wilderness League, Center for Biological Diversity, Endangered Species Coalition and Sierra Club in gathering the largest group of people dressed as polar bears while dancing in 24 hours. A total of 391 people across the United States participated. They set the record to raise awareness against offshore drilling, for protecting the Arctic region and in celebration of RecordSetter World Record Day. Alanna Iverson and 51 other cyclists danced the robotwhile wrapped in Christmas lights. The participants were a group of cyclists on a long distance bike ride to raise money for cancer research.

Sean Sonic and eight other people danced in a conga line behind him. He led the conga line while dressed as Santa.

Todd Price and seven of his friends formed a conga line with while pushing shopping carts.
